We choose to explore the city’s centre and all of the attractions were within walking distance.
Day 1

- The Palacio de Bellas Artes – Mexican Art Gallery
- Pan de Azucar San Juan – Food Market
- Chinatown – only 2 blocks. One of the smallest in the world
- Mexico City Metropolitan Cathedral
- Presidencia De La República
- Ave Francisco l. Madero – pedestrian-only shopping district
- Mirador Torre Latino – lookout tower with a bar and restaurant
- Plaza Garibaldi
- Mexico Arena – Lucho Libre Mexican Wrestling
Day 2
- National University and Olympic Stadium Mural Tour – See work by Diego Rivera
- Xochimilco, a marine ecological reserve and UNESCO World Heritage site
- The Angel of Independence Monument
- Monument to the Revolution
